Against Green Bay, officially he had a rating of 123.5, but had TO not gift wrapped that pass to Al Harris, his rating would have been 141.0
Apologies for the formating below
Even still, he's had an amazing run.

Here are Roger Staubach's numbers for the 1971 season in which he posted a 104.8 rating compared to Tony's:
STAUBACH ROMO
Games 13 12
Comp 126 252
Att 211 382
Comp% 59.7% 66.0%
Yds 1,882 3,352
Yds/Att 8.92 8.77
Yds/Comp 14.9 13.3
TDs 15 33
Int 4 14
Rushing 41-343/2 TDs 22-86/2 TDs
Obviously, the 2007 version passes much more than the 1971 version, who won the Super Bowl. The `71 team ran 512 times and passed only 393(which counts 32 sacks given up). In fact, Roger threw 18 or more passes only 4 times that year and for over 200 yards or more only once. It should be noted that he only started the final 9 games that year as he was alternating at times with Craig Morton early in the season. Staubach ended that year with a Pro Bowl appearance to forget...1 of 6 for 14 yards, 2 interceptions, and 5 sacks!
