some notes:
* Look out, here come J Charles, T Hightower and R Rice! They're getting more reps now and should rise quickly in the standings.
* When Jones, Mcfadden and Stewart are healthy, look for them to rise too.
* This whole thing is about to tighten up....should be fun!
* I said before the draft that this year's crop could have about 8-10 RBs who really contribute. It could really happen.

All I can say is thank god Jerry did not too caught up in McFadden to trade our draft for him.

Rookie of Year will be Chris Johnson

I really wish Felix hadn't gotten hurt. He'd undoubtedly be in that ROY running.

That said, hats off to Chris Johnson and Matt Forte. I'd say Johnson has ROY on lockdown.

Let's keep in mind that he's playing for the Raiders - and still averaging 5 yards per carry.

But he gets dinged too and obviously we need more help than RB

Chris Johnson, Matt Ryan, and Matt Forte all look good for a ROY run. I think Felix can make a good case for himself in the second half of the season with a big time second half.

The raiders actually run block very well. Having said that, I do think eventually Mcfadden will be an upgrade to Fargas et al---but when healthy Fargas is not too bad really.

McFad would be tearing it up right now in Dallas but we look pretty good when Felix gets a touch. Now if only Choice would get more, it would be insane...

Those seem to be the three right now.

CBS sports gives it to Johnson so far. Saying that the titans have multiple losses by now without him. That reasoning could be used for Atlanta/Ryan too, imo.

Yahoo Sports is leaning towards Ryan by a hair over CJ.

ESPN also gives it Ryan a mid-season by the slimmest of margins.

So 2-1 Ryan so far from what I've seen.

Forte always seems to be 3rd .

Forgot to mention that if Tenn maintains a huge margin, CJ may be sitting out game 17. If i had to guess...I'd say Ryan will win it based on him being a QB and Atlanta needing leadership so badly. Either one is very deserving so far.
