I think Weems would have been waived after the Brown signing since Brown will be the swing tackle, so I think we essentially let Mills go to sign a receiver.

Free played well Sunday so there was no need for Mills. They probably were worried about how he'll do coming back after last year's injury.

They are probably getting a WR to take up Weems roster spot.
