0 tackles, great game!

yeah he couldn't afford to be fined any more so he didn't tackle any one he just intercepted the ball, but he might get fined for that too

Did anyone else just hear Roy say that the players went to Parcells and had a talk...What was said he would not say.

But the players went to Parcells...not the other way around.

Key's drop turned the game around in our favor, that would have been an easy TD if he would have caught it

You're exactly right.

Had he caught that and scored.....we don't win....

Actually if your front 7 and CBs are doing their job your safeties should have no stats.

INT to seal the game

looks like tonight's performance kinda put a dent in your little theory doesn't it?

on a side-note, teams need to stop throwing that pass in Roy's direction, I think he has it down pat, wait, nvm, keep throwing it teams, ROy's only has 2 of his 3 INTs come off that same, exact play lol

nice INT on a poorly thrown ball... he's a playmaker in that he takes advantage of dumb plays (ie. McNabb game last year) but his "coverage" is not great i'm afraid.

his coverage isn't great by any means, but Ed Reed is praised for doing the exact same thing

making plays on poorly thrown balls

No dent, I said before this game this was not a game to judge by. We have a mental edge over Carolina as a whole from the past. The next game to judge to see if we have any balls will come Dec. 3 vs. the NYG. Everyone else we play in between now and then are teams we should beat or labeled as soft too, like Indy! Oh, and before you bring up Washington, they are already deflated by Brunnells play. They don't count.

I don't think Reporters or fans who critisize Roy watch even Ed Reed or Brian Dawkins games etc. other than highlight reels. They never watch the TDs those guys give up on regular basis.

Roy is supposed to be superman, never make a mistake.

One pick of a Delhomme floater and suddenly he's a great cover guy. Please stop it.

 noone is saying that

but he's making teams pay for underestimating his coverage abilities, sometimes not, but hey, no safety is perfect in coverage

I swear, it's always something with Roy. Half the people on this board wouldn't be pleased if the guy got three picks, three sacks, two touchdown, and three tackles. I can just hear someone saying, "Well, he should have scored on that other play, and he didn't make enough tackes. Besides, they weren't great throws that he picked off, and he was unblocked on the blitz..."

Give me a break. The guy has proven to be one of the biggest playmakers in the entire league, and he all but ended that game tonight. He's shown all season that he isn't the liability in coverage that many make him out to be, and he's doing this while being a high quality individual, one of the faces of the franchise, and a team leader.
