i think he has already changed it, i saw in the arizona game when he tackled ayanbadejo, he grabbed his collar and jumped on his back, you don't need to pull the guy down on a horse collar tackle, you can slow him down and then tackle him normally. i haven't seen him horse collar once this season and that one tackle shows me that he might not do it anymore

about the horse collar, there had to be more than 6 horse collars, including ones that are a penalty to philly fans, god maybe 9-10. im not worried though, hes fine.

anybody know why he wore 38 in college and 31 in the pros? Dont tell me dwayne hawthorne or lynn scott was the reason

Very weak rule by the league imo. Not much different than grabbing a guy's shirt from behind.
