This is what Owens is capable of and you don't have to throw it 20 yards down field, like this play, for him to do exactly what he did right here.

btw, we can only count passes where they man press him at the line right

I do think he needs to get in truly top shape with Jurazsic this offseason, though. Which might include losing a couple of pounds.

At one time the guy led the NFC in catches.
FuzzyLumpkins;2607043 said:RW11 problem has never been his athletic ability. His problem is that he is always hurt. He was again last year and if this trend continues he will be a bust.

He is starting to remind me of Alvin Harper. Capable of making highlight reel plays, but far from a chain moving number one receiver.

He was a #1 in college
and every year before he got to Dallas.

Last year Calvin became Detroit's #1 WR, every year prior it was Roy.Alexander;2607130 said:So where lots of players.
He was not the number one receiver in Detroit when Calvin Johnson was healthy. In fact, he only started ten games last year and nearly outperformed Williams even then.
Johnson was Detroit's go-to receiver from opening day this year. It took him just one short year to make Williams expendable. Sorry, but true number one WRs are not that easy to push out the door.
