Did I just imagine it or did Roy almost horse collar Shaun Alexander last night? It was the drive that Seattle scored on. Alexander burst through the line and Roy came running in. His hand went to the top of the shoulder pads, but they slipped off. At least I think they slipped off. Roy may have realized what was happening and didn't want a penalty. Just kidding about that part. He looked to be a little late getting there and couldn't get the grip on him, but he was close to bringing him down by the shoulder pads.

And what was with Roy's missed tackle at the goal line. He blew up that running back, but failed to wrap up. Glad it is only pre-season. He is fun to watch.

Roy really needs to get with the program. His specialty is tackling and making those kinds of plays. If he cant do that, what good is he? We already know he cant cover worth a lick.

Im really dissapointed in him, not from just this game either. Where is this destabilizing force that he was advertised to be?

almost only counts in horse shoes, and hand grenades. (oh and atomic weapons)

I remember the play I thought he actually brought him down by his shoulder pads and actually half way turned Sean around....

I don't know who youv'e been watching but Roy is decent in coverage and a VG tackler normally. So what program are you talking about?

Roy is anything but decent in coverage, just ask Shockey.

He just looks slow out there and those two tackles he whiffed on he didnt wrap up on either guy. He may be a big hitter but damn, give me some fundamentals!

Sockey will tell you that Roy had him covered and the only reason he caught the ball is because he pushed off. Why push off on a guy that doesn't have you covered? :D
