The reasons we would not sign Peerless are:

1. Injury
2. Bidding war with Miami
3. Bill is so infatuated with Quincy Morgan that he can't make room on the roster.

Dan Patrick asked Peter King about Price reuniting with Bledose. In the way that Patrick worded it, it sounded as if it was a done deal. I had to do a double take. I think they were just speculating about "what if", but it sounded different.

King said he doesn't think Price will be a good fit if reports out of Atlanta are correct about him not being willing to block. Parcells wants and needs his receivers to block and Key does just that.

I heard it also. I am not sure though I didnt hear them say that we did sign him but they worded it like it was a done deal. They are having updates now and still no mention of it. I would like to know for sure. :starspin

I think it is actually better for us that he went to the other two teams first. Because that allowed him to see what the other teams are all about and to get their offers. Then he gets to roll in and Jerry and Bill give him the pitch. Jerry matches or beats the other offers, and we get him.

I heard it as well. On the Dan Patrick show, it sounded very much like it was a done deal. They spoke of it in past tense.

Probably just bad reporting by King and Patrick.
