No you don't. As usual you spew garbage as if they were facts. Whether this is true or not, at this point you don't know so why make statements as if they were fact when you don't know they are fact?

Yep ... case in point: key phrase " he refuses ":omg:
Refrigerator please.

Mike Fisher has been known to be wrong.
If Jason and Rod did not want RO back, he would not be here....period...

Nonsense. There have been countless occasions where Jerry does what he wants, regardless of coach's opinions.

A preliminary search surprised me in that it appears a player on any injured list would serve a suspension concurrently.

Keep in mind a player on the regular season PUP must stay on it for at least six weeks. So if they want him back then it is best for the team to take him off the PUP to practice when ready but before the season then allow him to serve the four game suspension.

So he can't serve the suspension while on PUP for the first 6 weeks?

For those of you who don't know, 8 game PUP is also know as as ' Turbo PUP' or in other parts 'PUP Deluxe".

The even lesser known version is 4 game PUP known as 'PUP Lite".

Please remember to use the appropriate terminology in your discourse.

With the little information that I have heard and I am sure it's not complete
I tired of RO's issues.

OXNARD, Calif. -- The Dallas Cowboys will have a decision to make on Rolando McClain’s status to start the season.

With McClain suspended the first four games for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy, the Cowboys could elect to leave him on the physically-unable-to perform list, which would cost him the first six weeks of the season.

i
McClain is recovering from offseason knee surgery and is not close to returning to practice just yet.

If the Cowboys choose to keep McClain on PUP to start the season, his suspension would run concurrently, so he would effectively miss five games with the Cowboys’ bye coming in Week 6.

Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said McClain is at a point in his rehab where he could be ready to go Week 1 against the New York Giants if he were eligible.

If he is healthy enough to practice by Week One there is no reason to keep him on the PUP.

Let him serve his 4 game suspension but he would be able to practice immediately after Game 4.

This isn't laugh out loud funny, but still pretty funny. I appreciate the attempt at humor and would give it a solid 7.

He would not get any active game bonuses if he remained on the PUP.

If he is not ready to practice in the preseason, then they can just keep him on the PUP. There is no reason to use the DFR-IR spot on him.

Also, even if he is activated from the PUP, he will not count against the 53 while suspended for the 1st four games.

That's my whole point.... Keep him on PUP and not paying him.

Basically you got yourself 4, heres 4 more to think about

Don't insult our intelligence please. You know as well as everyone else that was a snarky agenda laden statement and not a question at all.

Well, your intelligence should recognize that McClain could have played the first four weeks of the season without pay after failing the first drug test. But nope, he decided to get caught again so the suspension would be increased to no pay and no play.

Either way, he gets the same pay and avoids a whole bunch of practice. That is the definition of a snarky "me-first" agenda. Forgive me if I'm less than accommodating to players of his character, or lack thereof.
