The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports the Raiders have engaged in preliminary trade talks with "several teams" regarding Randy Moss.

The Packers are believed to have spoken with Oakland, though that's not confirmed. There was a rumor that Brett Favre wants Moss on his team; the two are considered mutual admirers and share an agent. The St. Petersburg times believes he could be had for a third-rounder, but we suspect the Packers' second-round pick would bring Moss to Green Bay.

I am with you there!

Still, the combination of Favre and Moss would be pretty potent. I think they would compliment each other's skills very well.

People yall probably it was coming soon or later, I believe we should make a trade for him, why not?, hell we would be explosive with T.O. and Randy Moss, I believe just having them two out on the field together gives Defensive Cordinators something to worry about, and I believe that it would open it up for Wide Receivers like Patrick Crayton, Jason Witten, Sam Hurd, Miles Austin, Anthony Fasano, and even the full back, and soon teams would have to let up because they are concerned about the running game.

I believe this will give us the power to give the D. Cordinators more problems than Math. We have a pro bowl quarterback. Randy Moss just don't fit in Oakland, he needs somebody to enhance his skills just like a young Brett Farve in Tony Romo. I believe we should put Terry Glenn in this deal, I believe Moss is more durable than Terry Glenn. I believe T.G. might be on his way out anyway, I say another 2 years he will retire. Jerry Jones loves big news and he love making things work, I believe T.O. and Randy Moss would work, why?, because in many ways they just like each other, for example, Terrell Owens and Mike Vanderjagt just like each other and they was the best of friends, they could enhance each other skills. How was Randy Moss and Norv Turner relationship?

I say restructure his contract to be like T.O.'s.

Say what you want about TO, you will never see him dogging it in a game like Moss has many times.

But has Randy ever disrespected the star????

Personally, mooning the fans of the team you will later play for is more disrespectful.

Disgusting in fact. Joe Buck said so.

Oops, too late, I've already seen it. He even admitted that he gets bored and doesn't go all out when that happens.

next.

Yes he said he gets bored when he's not involved BUT I've NEVER heard him say that he doesn't go all out or plays hard at all times. Giving 100% and playing hard is all he talks about.

Yeah he talks about it all the time but it doesn't show on the field. He dogs plays whenever he hasn't been involved early. That's why he isn't getting open or running his routes properly.

i dont like Moss but favre and Moss would be one of the best QB-WR tandems in the game. I actually think Moss would play hard for Favre because he knows he'll get 1,300 yds and 13 TD's with him. the Packers are a rising team and getting Moss could make them a playoff contender this next year. IMO

That was my contention as well. Favre throws the ball a LOT unlike the Cowboys offense that is more balanced. Moss would flourish in Green Bay like he did in Minnesota early on.
