Dubious rumor, but if so, barring any major injuries or bad attitude from Cromartie, I would imagine you would have to do it if you were the Boys. Cromartie has been a very good CB and to get him straight up for a backup (3rd string) RB. Uh, yeah.

It would also be good for Choice. He deserves to get more reps, and I'm not sure he will get too many more of them here with us.

You can never have enough good CBs. Newman isn't very physical and I don't know about Cromartie on that so don't know if a safety switch would be good for either (with Newman going to slot CB when needed) but sorry, you just don't pass on a really good CB if you have the opportunity (Barring of course if Antonio has big issues or not)

Interesting. If we knew about MB then it would be a no brainer if MB is healthy and can play as well as pre-injury. Otherwise I'd say no as we may need Choice.
