Maybe just a little.

I kind of figure ya'll are getting sick of me saying this is going to happen. The Bolden more likely comment is a bit perplexing, but I like him just as much.

I've been meaning to talk to you about that. Where's the support?

Oh yeah. I said that in a later post. I would be thrilled to see this happen.

I saw this on another board so if anyone is able to confirm they listened would be much appreciated. If this is in fact true that would make for one helluv of good offseason.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Peter King was just on the Michael Irivin show on ESPN radio, he was at the Owner meetings. He talked about PacMan and Dallas wanting a Veteran WR.

Said that PacMan is all but a done deal in Dallas. Also mentioned that he might be able to work out with the Cowboys team before training camp if the trade is completed. Apparently PacMan would be reinstated and the deal would have been finished, except that the NFL and Roger Goodell is worried about him getting arrested again before training camp.

Said that Dallas openly covets a Veteran WR to play on the other side of T.O.. According to King, Bolden has the best chance right now. He said that Chad Johnson is unlikely to be traded until August. Then he said Jones has been talking to Matt Millen at the Owners meetings. Thinks Dallas has a good chance to trade for Detroit WR Roy Williams on Draft Day for the 28th overall selection, after Jerry Jones takes a RB, Felix Jones or Jonaton Stewart at #22.

Just for what it is worth!

I'm sorry, but JJ is not picking a RB with his first pick. He will pick corner. There is no reason to pick a RB that high when Barber is our guy. We can get a quality RB in either round 2 or three. If we trade 28 for Roy, pick up a good corner, and a fast compliment to MBIII, this offseason will be an A+ and we will be the favorites for the Super Bowl. Fk New England, we're the team to beat.

If they trade for Jones, I'll bet we dont take a CB in the 1st rd...might take one in the 2nd or 3rd, but wont take one in the first

I would have to see it to believe it, simply because I think Detroit would be a fool to trade a 26 year old receiver who has freakish athletic ability and has averaged 1,000 per season for the last two years. What kind of investment is that on a former Top 10 draft pick where you trade him off for pennies on the dollar as soon as he's starting to hit his prime years when he's already at least met expectations? The only thing that makes it even remotely plausible is that ... we are talking Matt Millen.

Well they already look like fools with all the wrs they drafted through the last few years and they will look foolish next year if they hang on to him when he leaves in free agency.

Calvin Johnson's signing bonus.

If they put that kind of money into another WR one year after they just did it, it would basically cripple them.

:crosses fingers:

PacMan and Roy W or Boldin would be a hell of an offseason, not to mention keeping all our players and already adding Zach Thomas

You'll have to excuse Hos. He's got a case of the Willies (Williams) pretty bad, right now.

Ugh, can someone please change the title and add rumor or opinion or something. I'm getting so tired of this.
