SAN ANTONIO – Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin likely will miss his second straight game after the club listed him as doubtful on its official injury report Friday.
Austin has been sidelined ever since he sustained a hamstring injury in the second half of the 17-16 loss at Kansas City in Week 2. He told reporters after practice Friday in Irving that he felt better after doing some light running and planned to do more before Sunday’s game against Denver.
Rookie Terrance Williams caught a career-high seven catches for 71 yards starting in place of Austin in last week’s 30-21 loss at San Diego.
Linebacker Justin Durant (groin) and defensive end Edgar Jones (groin) are doubtful. Defensive end George Selvie (concussion) and wide receiver Dwayne Harris (hip) are questionable.
