SAN ANTONIO – Cornerback Brandon Carr lists the team’s head coach as one reason he’s confident the Cowboys will bounce back from last week’s gut-wrenching 31-30 loss to Detroit.
According to Carr, Jason Garrett’s positive outlook will enable the team to be at its best Sunday against Minnesota.
“He’s always got a positive outlook, always upbeat, encouraging,” Carr told reporters Monday in Irving. “He’s a pretty smart guy and he always finds a way to reach us, to motive us, to challenge us, to get guys to respond.
“This is going to be a big week for us to get back on track. We’ve got a nice run game coming into town (with Adrian Peterson) that we are all aware of, but (Garrett) does a good job of just keeping the team together as a whole.”
