The NFL, which fined Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch $20,000 for grabbing his crotch in the NFC Championship, has removed a photo of said touchdown celebration from the league’s online store.

The NFL understandably drew criticism over the weekend after people noticed a photo of Lynch’s controversial crotch-grab was included in a $150 collage of Seattle’s comeback victory Jan. 18 over the Green Bay Packers. Critics said it was hypocritical of the league to sell the image after fining Lynch twice this season for the “obscene gesture.”
The league has reportedly even warned the Seahawks they will be penalized 15 yards in Super Bowl XLIX if Lynch celebrates with a crotch-grab again.
According to Fox Sports’ Mike Garafolo, the $150 photo collage was produced by a vendor and not by the NFL itself. The league removed the product from NFLShop.com after becoming aware of it via social media.

A lot of arms to the NFL monster. League made aware of it via tweets today and removing it from the site. So don’t expect your order filled.
