I think Callahan can keep the line, and AC if he wants, I think for Rod to stay here he should demand or find out of a true OC will be brought in. Than he should be giving the reigns to run the defense as he wants not as he was told. If he wants all that im for it.

Will a new HC be in place, i doubt it, but if we can yet again make it easier for Garrett and keep the coaches happy, I think next years defense will be greatly improved instead of just sub standard.

i dont think a lot of that is fair to put at Rods feet. I think more was going on than the common fan knows, and if he takes some time, not a lot to think about and want it, really really wants it, im okay wiht him staying, if he walks ill still respect him. More than i had before , he came here and changed my mind about his experience and know how.

Since when does Jerry let his HC hire the coordinators? Usually the HC is a coordinator and Jerry chooses the other one. The only exceptions were Jimmy and Parcells, but neither of them will be walking back in through that door.

As long as Marinelli is under contract he will be here no matter what. I don't think jerry will allow him to leave. I don't care who our DC or HC is next year Marinelli will be our DL coach at least.

I would like them to keep Frank Pollack as the line coach. They seemed to improve this year.
