Lovie as HC
Frazier as DC
Marinelli as DL
Kubiak as OC

That would be my coaching staff
Lovie Smith- One playoff appearance in his last 6 years
Leslie Frazier- 20-33 HC record
Marinelli- Coached the worse team in the history of the NFL. lol 0-16 would really fly here.
Kubiak- LOL, really?

Kubiak would be the OC. his offense would be great here.
marinelli as a DL coach is alot different than being a HC
again Frazier as a DC is alot different than being head coach

Lovie Smith has more than one playoff appearance as head coach, he took the Bears to the NFC championship in 2010. That means he won one playoff game in 2010.
Get you facts straight there. Also 1 is still more than Garrett has ever had

I guess we should go get the Harboughs and Belicheck to be our coaches.

FWIW JG has more far wins than Belicheck (Landry and Jimmy Johnson too) managed to rack up his first few years. Good thing he was allowed to put things together, huh.

I guess we are all suppose to be impressed with the bang up job that Marinelli has done with this team.

BTW my facts are straight. NONE of those guys would be an improvement.

I highly doubt that... Zimmer's 4-3 is working in Cincinnati because he can coach. I hate Tampa 2

i hate the tampa 2 also but he was fired here in dallas for a reason. Also that Cincy Dline is the reason Cincy defense is so good. The players make a difference.

Zimmer wasn't actually ever fired. He took the job in Atlanta back when Parcells was waffling about whether to come back or not.

no your facts are wrong you said lovie has been to only one playoff game in 6 years. the fact is two which is two more than garrett.
lovie finished last year at 10-6. Garrett has never finished better than 8-8.

You can love Garrett all you want but I'm sick of mediocrity and missing the playoffs for another year. This division was set up for us early to take and could have locked up but because of Garrett bone headed management he blew 3 games.

Also there is no way you can say kubiak a Superbowl winning OC and has one of the best offenes in the NFL form 2010-2012, Lovie Smith a superbowl winning DC and Head coach in a superbowl, Frazier who is a great DC and coached top defenses would be wore than our current staff.

sorry but your facts are way off base

who would you want as the coaches?

he wasn't "fired" but he also wasn't welcome back. parcelles switched to the 3-4 in 2004 and Zimmer was terrible coaching it and walked away in 2005. Can't blame him since the 3-4 isn't his style.

I like Zimmer but his DL players have alot to do with his success. If he came here don't expect a great defense until he can have a DL like he has in Cincy.

The only way Marinelli stays probably is if Kiffin retires. His loyalty won't accept a firing.

Why a new OC? The Cowboys scored 417 points, and only the Eagles scored more in the NFC. Then only by one point.

They score because of Romo.. They'd set records with a real OC. Oh yeah, don't forget TOs by defense that gave thus team good field position. Special teams as well.

What has Marinelli done to deserve praise? I keep hearing people say "how bad would we have been without him?" It is almost statistically impossible to be any worse than we already were!! Every coach who was part of this disgraceful defense needs to be gone...I wish it were possible for us to get rid of most of the personnel as well.

Well Wade didn't have a say about the offense and Garrett doesn't have say about the defense. So I doubt the new HC will have much say

In Wade's case though he didn't have the OC as his scapegoat, when it should have been, while Garrett has the DC as his scapegoat two years running.

what has he had to work with? There has been 18 different players on the DL this year. The best cook in the world couldn't make a good meal with 18 different ingredients where 13 of them taste like crap.

a HC should never have a scapegoat. thats the problem. The head coach should never be able to point the finger at someone else. it his team, his offense and its his defense.

Exactly... They said the issue last year was because the defense didn't get TOs. This year we are on pace for over 11 plus more in less games. Yet, we are still right where we are at in terms of record and you take away our monstrous offensive performance against Denver, we ain't that impressive.
