Hopefully Pat Watkins can take that role. It'd be nice to not have to worry about the same things (and have to address them). It'd be really nice to know you don't have to hit a home run in the draft to go anywhere.

Not at all. He caught tedd ginn jr. from behind in that bowl game

He runs a 4.4 40, he's big strong and fast. He is also a boxer.

If by chance Watkins doesn't show potential to be the long term answer, next year's draft will include LaRon Landry and Michael Griffin as well as the previous mentioned Zbikowski and Meriweather.

lets just hope Watkins is the real deal, in that case we will have one less position to worry about. Then we can use the pick on a WR like Calvin Johnson or Dwayne Jarrett, or a T like Joe Thomas or Justin Blalock.
