Pretty sure it's coming but it's a fair question. My guess is they were waiting for the court system but that is me speculating. I'll see if I can find more info coz you have me curious now.......lol.

They're just waiting for the legal stuff to clear up. He won't avoid a suspension. Otherwise the league risks looking inconsistent.
