Didnt see this posted yet, but he was on ESPN with Mike and Mike yesterday. Sal Pal has alwasy been an incredible Eagles homer and everything is usually nothing but Eagle love from him, so thats why this is interesting to me.
He said when he got the news from ESPN officials while at the game Thur night he left his box to go look for Lurie and the team Prez, he said people came out of their boxes in herds once the news broke and that 90-95% of the reaction was disbelief and anger. He said lots of people began booing at the game and lots of people immediately left. He said NUMEROUS people claimed they were immediately going to cancel their season tix. The he said he listened to Philly sports talk and the move was even more criticized there.
I hope this becomes the ultimate PR disaster for them.
