Look at what's happened/happening...

HAPPENED:

They load up on defense.
Which helps their QB and their offense.

What's does that get them? = 2 Super Bowl wins

HAPPENING:

They load up on defense.
Which helps their QB and their offense.

What's does that get them? = another Super Bowl run? win?

If Eli wins ANOTHER Super Bowl.... I am going to do like those people when they said they would move out of the country.

Lol
J/k

Grrrr....
They are going to come into AT&T on January 15. They are going to lose to Dallas and the 07 loss will be avenged ala 92 NFCCG style.

Eli must be the best bad Qb that Ive seen. Cant believe heve won 2 rings already. But you cant take away em from him.
And with Eli, the most remarkable thing is he has LITERALLY done it with his eyes closed!?! lol...

I don't think the Giants are all that great. Their defense is good, but not that good.

We have a skewed view because their defense plays us really well against us.

Watching their offense, I'm thinking it will never quite "click" and it's mostly Eli's doing.

Didn't the Giants give Romo fits when he first became starter?
They seem to have his number on defense.

Then, later he reels off 10 out of 14 wins vs them? Something like that lol

He's definitely had an odd career.
Few people realize that for as long as he's been around, those two magical SB runs are it for him.
Every other year the Giants have been in the playoffs with him--which is not that often--they have been one and done. 3 times one and done.
Except for maybe 1-2 years, most of his regular season have been very average, and occasionally full seasons of terrible.

But he did play well--real solid, not spectacular--in both SB runs. And the defenses were playing out of their minds. I mean, they held the highest scoring team in NFL history to 14 points in 2007 for the SB. Heck, they held our Cowboys to 17 that year too.
He's been blessed for a couple of stretches for sure.

That is what made 2007 all the more infuriating.

Our offense tore their defense up twice in the regular season. I mean we made them look absolutely silly. They weren't even the best team in their division and made it in and won it.

I can't stand the Giants....I hate them more than any other sports franchise in this world...

But when they're good, look out because they can do some serious damage in the post-season. They have the defense to win a championship

Yep.

We faded is December and they got their defense going in high gear in to the playoffs.
How they shut down that unstoppable and record-breaking Pats team is beyond me. Dallas actually scored more on the than the Pats did...and we even dropped a couple of possible TDs.

2007 was THE missed opportunity over that last 20 years. Dallas not had a true SB level team before or since then in that time frame. Maybe the offenses to pull it off a couple of times, but that's only half (or less).
Who knows, maybe they start building momentum again and finally peak through the play offs this year.
One can dream.

That goofball hasn't won a thing. He's been given two rings by way of suspect officiating to keep games close. Because the Manning family just have to win some trophies. Peyton's last ring was bogus as well.

I always hated the Eagles more, and still hold a dark place for them. But at least their fans are loyal and passionate, even if they are terrible people haha.

Giants fans don't know much about the team and just root for the Yankees or Giants on their good years and act like they are die hards. Its maddening especially since I live in NYC.

Eli is not good enough to have won 2 SBs, I don't think anyone would argue that.

At least in those two super bowl years, they had a decent offense especially their run game (and save the low ranking in 2011. They were injured throughout most of that year and got healthy towards in the end of the season). This year, they have a horrible offense. Horrible run game and average at best passing game.
