Pretty sure this is just Schefter thinking, and there is no real evidence on it but Schefter seems to be right a lot. Please Jerry, stay away from Vick.

Adam_Schefter Final word on Vick - it's one of the best kept secrets in NFL history. No one knows for sure. Just trying to fit together puzzle. Not easy.38 minutes ago from UberTwitter

Adam_Schefter Here are the two sleeper teams on Vick not getting mentioned but that I now sense could be in play here: Buffalo and Dallas.about 1 hour ago from UberTwitter

Adam_Schefter Dallas would make some sense. Jerry Jones loves taking on troubled players, especially when they make a splash. None could do that like Vickabout 1 hour ago from UberTwitter

Adam_SchefterDoing some digging all day, like many people, I'm sure. And, cross Green Bay off the Michael Vick list. Don't think Pack are players here.about 1 hour ago from UberTwitter

Schefter usually covers every base possible so that it looks like he knows what he is talking about. Personally, I think he's just trying tabloid tricks right now to make himself look relevant.

I still think Minny should pickup Vick.

Michael Vick would make sense in Dallas because of the following reasons

1 - Cowboys running the Wild Cat Offense
2 - Cowboys like getting players with chips on their shoulders
3 - Michael Vick isn't a locker room problem, it was off-the-field problems
4 - Depth at the Quarterback position to let John Kitna go
? - You might want to add something fans...

I think there is zero truth with Dallas being interested. If JJ was interested then he would have shared it publicly by now.

Vick is likely a step down from Kitna.

His response to a question about whether the Cowboys might be interested in Mike Vick was quick and simple: "Romo is our guy."
If you really want to reach, you might note that Jerry didn't rule out Vick joining the Cowboys to run the Wildcat. But the odds of that happening are a heck of a lot closer to none than slim.

Case Closed

Everything made sense until this point.

i think the bills make sense, they took t.o. to draw eyes to their small market and vick would draw more.

viks would be good too IMO just seems like the right situation where all but one piece is in place to make a run at it.

but everybody, including me, seems to just assume he will be the same guy he was 2 years ago but he hasnt thrown a ball to an nfl wideout in a long time and that doesnt just come back its gonna take awhile

I see no reason to bring in Vick to run the Wildcat with Felix on the roster.

I see no reason to keep Stanback around but they do. Hell, Bobby too.

Two giant wastes of roster spots over the last couple of years.

He has hardly ever thrown to an NFL wideout ever. In Atlanta the only guy who caught Vick passes was the TE Crumpler.

At least Crapenter can fetch some water.......Stanback is a flippin gimp. he isnt even good enough to fetch the dirty laundry after the game.

This is gonna sound real ugly, but maybe Stanback should quit football and get a job at Wal-Mart or a Movie Theatre. both have a long track record of hiring gimps.

A Commander fan that is making some sense. No way does Jerry bring in that kind of baggage after getting rid of the garbage we had last year.

I think Vick could be a nice QB option for Buffalo... Trent Edwards might not be the answer up there.

I like Trent Edwards

it will take him a year to get into football shape if ever again

Black dog: It's mine!!! Mike gave it to me
Brown dog: But you said I could wear it tonite!!! What will the Pitts say when I show up without it?
Black dog: Wear your Browns jersey... your gonna lose anyway

Black Dog says, "read my dog tags it says "MEMBER OF FBI CANINE CORPS" now let go this is evidence.'

Brown dog answers " hey I am not a pitt bull and MIKE has never come here. He justs owns this place and I am just a fan of him. And I bought this on-line at doggie E-bay. And read my dog tag it says 'Member of the Mick Vick FAN Club' And also, I am a charter member of the A. S. S. M. A."
