I’m still on the schottenheimer bandwagon, but this is exactly why we can’t just ignore some red flags because the offense is doing well.

We’ve had some end of half issues, just look at the Washington game last week. He got bailed out by the Williams run but there was zero need to run the football there. Bad call that he got bailed out on. We all have Tolbert being thrown onto the field when we have better players. Now today we see some very questionable play calling.

It’s a rookie HC who is going to take his lumps. Overall I think he’s done fine, but we shouldn’t ignore some of his problem areas.

Our D is so bad we should never punt or kick FG's unless it is at the end of the half or end of the game.

Same thing at the goal line. Ran it on 1sr down. Got it down to the 1. Passed on 2nd down from the 1. Incomplete. Were getting ready to run it again from the 1 on 3rd down but Guyton moved early. Penalty moved the ball back to the 6. 3rd & Goal from the 6. Need to pass now. Blame the Oline.
