I am sure the media will link at least 50 names to the job in the next few days.
Before cams shoulder got busted he was having his best year passing and was still a threat on the ground.Norv’s boy?
We going to run the Panthers offense?
This is not going to end well......lol
A sad truth we may all have to accept is that Jason Garrett does not favor the “new” NFL offenses that have cropped up the last few years. Garrett has a strong belief in the traditional NFL offensive philosophy similar to what we had here in the 90s.
That’s not all bad. But it’s more difficult to win that way nowadays because it requires your team to be able physically dominate opponents and force your will on them consistently.
In today’s salary cap/parity dominant era, having a team like the 92 Cowboys is almost impossible to assemble. That’s why more creative offenses are becoming the norm because you can’t just line up and dominate opponents on a regular basis anymore.
Until Garrett gets that I don’t expect an innovative OC here.
I don't know... if he did well in geometry, he can probably handle the X's and O's.Jerry's grandson is going to be the next candidate, right after he gets out of Algebra.
Basically just throwing out names and hoping they will stick.
Please no more QB coaches or projects. Bring in someone proven.
He actually was having best year of his career before his shoulder injury this year. Norv really helped his accuracyThis is not good. Cam Newton has looked worse in recent years, not better. Why would we want his position coach, regardless of who his father is?
They never care if its true or not.Was just about to post the same thing.
Twitter has turned into a guess-your-way-to-followers marketing scheme among the media and would-be media.
