True there is no one right way, main thing for any coach you have to be yourself, no fake of phony act players see through it. Jason is who he always has been a very level headed and even keel person and very intelligent guy. I could careless if Harbaugh or some others jump up and down fist pumping or whatever that is who they are.

Garrett refers to Seban often and watching Seban he is pretty chill for the most part. Landry was pretty stoic right? Garrett preaches that when you have a negative moment in the game you forget it and move to the next play. when players have a negative play they come off the field and they see Garrett clapping. the clapping means nothing itself but it reminds them of the coached mentality and THAT is the message. its a remember, we are fighters and we will be right back at it so reset

That is all a player can do it shake it off and get their head back into the game. You can't undo a mistake but you can do better next time.
