Who do you hope wins today that could be our opponents next week?

Naturally I would rather the Panthers win and have them at home in the title game if the Cowboys win tomorrow but that's not happening Seattle will beat Carolina going away. I can't imagine anyone wanting to go back to Seattle and have to beat them in a title game in front of their frenzied crowd but either the Cowboys or Green Bay will be having to go up there next Sunday.

Yeah. This is a dumb question.

Would you rather host the 7-8-1 panthers or visit the 12-4 Seahawks?

Gee I don't know.

Its not a dumb question.....when you make the playoffs all records go out the window, that 7-8-1 team just knocked out a 11-5 team, couple of years back the Ravens went into the playoffs and won everything, same could be said about the Giants the 2 years they got on a roll and won eveything.... now with all that said, i still would like to see Carolina win.

I want Carolina to win, but man, Cam Newton is awful. I can't see it.

Cam isn't "awful" but he's average based on his numbers. I think he's in store for a pretty rough day vs the Legion of Doom.

Carolina has not lost when Cam has rushed for at least 50 yards this year (has done it four times.) Cam has only thrown for at least 300 yards once this year, and they lost that game (Eagles.)

Cam was held to a 2.0 avg rush against the Seahawks earlier this year, 12 carries for 24 yards. They lost 13-9 .

Rooting for Carolina of course, and hope they unleash Cam and let him run.

If they unleash the Cam, they might actually win.

Cam can win that game, and if he does I'm not excited about seeing him.

And yeah, in saying that we win on the cold tundra.

I wonder what ATT would bring in revenue wise by it being played there? An extra unexpected playoff game. Yes i know, a lot, but wonder appx dollar amounts

I know all the "smart" money is us wanting the Panthers to win, and my brain tells me so. I just hate the Panthers so much and to see them make the playoffs with a losing record with a chance to go to the NFCCG makes me ill. It would also grease the wheels for the Packers to get back to the SB if the Cowboys happen to lose. If the Cowboys win and the Panthers win as well then I'll be happy again because the Cowboys will get to destroy them at home.

I'll be pulling mightily for Carolina. Playing them at home instead of the Seahawks in their house gives us the best chance of winning, IMO.

Not sure but I do know that the tickets and parking have taxes connected with them that go directly to paying down the bonds issued by the city to help pay for the stadium construction. This was set up as a tax so as to avoid league revenue sharing. The more big events at the stadium the sooner those bonds and other liabilities can be paid off. Jerry owns the concession company for the stadium with Steinbrenner, so he gets that profit, too. I'd like to see all the factors involved but those are some I'm aware of.

Call me crazy, but I want to go to Seattle, and then I want to face either Brady or Manning in the Super Bowl. To me, this year is more than just winning a 6th Super Bowl. This year is all about shutting up 19 years of ridicule, but most importantly, shutting up all the naysayers since the post-Aikman and especially in the Romo era. It's no secret that the Cowboys are the most hated team in pro sports, and I've never seen someone get more hate than Romo. I just want us to do it the "right way", the way that no one can come up with any excuses.

1. We drew the toughest Wild Card matchup by far. Instead of playing Arizona, a team who hasn't scored an offensive TD since their starting QB went down, or Carolina, a team that couldn't even reach .500 in the weakest division, we drew the Lions. Despite their unimpressive history, they were a legit team this year. They could have even gotten the #1 seed if they beat GB and Seattle lost in Week 17. They were no joke. And they were built to beat us. Best run defense and the Cowboy killer named Megatron. They had the perfect game plan and we still won. But all anyone can talk about is that infamous no-call.

2. Now we're going to Green Bay where they're 8-0 on the season. We're playing the likely-MVP in a season where our QB deserved it. What better to silence the haters who gave Rodgers 44 votes and Romo 3 than having Romo beat him in his own home? Wait... but I can see it now. If GB wins, it'll be because Rodgers is that great. If GB loses, it'll be because Rodgers wasn't 100%. No one will give Dallas their due credit.

3. That's why I want Seattle in Seattle so they can finish 8-2 at home, both losses coming from us. What excuse can they come up with then? Aside from a bad call, I can't think of anything. The defending champs who have only lost twice at home in three years. But who knows? Maybe the excuse will be, "Seattle wasn't the same team this year but it was hard to see since their division was so bad."

4. So if we still don't get credit, then give me Brady or Peyton. If we beat Luck in the Super Bowl, it'll be, "Good for Romo, but Luck is just getting started."
