It's got nothing to do with race, but grabbing your crotch as you dive into the end zone is about as disrespectful as it gets.

Let alone acting like you've been there before. And I love Marshawn and drafted him the last 3 years.

I just cannot find the outrage. I can also think of many thing more underhanded and disrespectful than crotch grabbing. Grabbing someone else's crotch for example.

Sweet, because I find him inconsequential beyond the effect it has on people like you, I am not a real American. Marco Belinelli and all manner of white athletes have made reference to their cojones after making big plays. Your take is ridiculous race baiting not based on fact.

Love it Fuzzy.

It doesn't have anything to do with being holier than thou. It's all about respect.
I don't care if he doesn't talk to the media. However, he should be more respectful with his touchdown celebrations.

He knocked over a couple of old women and ate their grand-babies. Or he didn't talk to the media. Either way it was apparently horrific.

He talked the media. He just said I am here so I won't get fine.

I can too. But that's not the issue. The issue is he's performing a gesture that many find disrespectful, including the NFL. Yes, but let's play the "I can find something worse to get upset over" game.

If it's not the issue then why are bringing up how it was "about as disrespectful as it gets."

Frankly, it's much ado about nothing.

Lynch is an idiot. Wouldn't want him on my team.

Dude grabs his crotch after he scores TD's and acts like a D bag in general, from what I've seen anyways.

Uh oh, he grabs his crotch. He is such a menace.

Did I say it was "about as disrespectful as it gets"?

Second, it's not much ado about nothing. It was disrespectful. And that's why the NFL told Lynch, if you do it expect a large fine. And that's why Lynch didn't do it.

Question for everyone, if Marshawn's fine money goes to a charity in regards to prostate cancer, do you now allow him to grab himself?

I sure do.

I think it had more to do with the League stating the Seahawks would be penalized 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct that prevented Marshawn from doing his celebration.

I said it and I stand by it.

You can blow it off all you want, but it's an obscene gesture.

Not the the end of the world but I didn't know that was standard that things had to measured against.

I think the Hawks received a 15 harder penalty based on the player pretending to pull down his pants after scoring a TD.

That coupled with the end zone brawl showed the character of some of their players. Even on the game ending kneel down after the penalty moved the ball away from the goal line you could see they were crashing the center.

Sure I understand they wanted that one last chance, but at that point in the game would have been classier following the brawl and ejection to do what most teams do and graciously acknowledge " you won the game"

It was worse than that. Baldwin pretended to pull down his pants, squat, then "poop the football" onto the turf.

No opposing players care when Marshawn grabs his junk. Know why? Because it's Marshawn Lynch, and you're not allowed to care. Trust that opponents respect him a ton. He is a monster in all the best ways.
