Lee ranted at his teammates that their play had been unacceptable up to that point.

“We’ve played with passion and we’ve played the right way throughout the entire year,” Lee said. “We’ve gotten better every game. That first half wasn’t us. We didn’t play with the right intensity. We weren’t playing assignment football. We weren’t playing the way that has made us successful.

“That’s what I was kind of saying, ‘Hey, this is unacceptable for us to play like this. We have to find a way to get better fast.’”

The message resonated.

That's awesome to hear.

I feel really good about this team heading into the playoffs and am confident that their mentality and focus is exactly where it needs to be. These guys are anything but complacent. I have no fear that they "peaked early".

Played every play this year. Hopefully, coaches figure out a way to give him some time off against the Eagles. He deserves a break.

The guy is a class act. He & Witten are cut from the same cloth, so it doesn't surprise me that they are tight. Neither accepts excuses from themselves or others. Get 'em Sean!

How he made the pro bowl last year, and then got snubbed this year, is beyond me. This has been a banner year for Lee. He's a pleasure to watch.
