He'd probably be a good addition. Romo is easily one the best and he's only been doing it for a couple of years. I think any former player is probably a good addition. The NBA seems to have figured that out.

It definitely isn’t for everyone. See: Joe Montana. He was heavily sought, he tried really hard and said it was a big thing for him post-career, and he was absolutely brutal. He quit in the middle of a Cowboys telecast haha

Lee was always fantastic at diagnosing plays. He'll be the next guy to do the Tony Romo clairvoyant act.

And the Cowboys will continue to own NFL analyst jobs.

I'm actually betting Lee would be an atrocious analyst. He's a coach.

Montana and Emmitt Smith were always the worst for me until I saw Steve Smith. Hands down the worst analyst I've ever seen in sports.

Witten was great at diagnosing plays while in the thick of it.
And then he pulled rabbits out of his head while broadcasting.

    Broadcasting isn't for everyone.

Sean Lee will be good in the booth. Good post retirement gig for Lee. Hopefully he gets the job.

Rob Parker wins for me. He still claims Tom Brady hasn’t “earned” a playoff win since 2011, which means he says he was semantically right when he said Tom wouldn’t make another SB after that giants loss… because none of his playoff wins in the last decade had anything to do with his talent. He’s lucky and had great defenses who carried his bad play.

That's a real person who’s paid by Fox to cover the NFL.

And after this last super bowl which is ring number 7, Parker then said anyone who thinks Tom Brady is the GOAT is only saying that because they are pro-white people

It is not possible to find an analyst worse than him

He'll be the only analyst on the injury report

Just kidding, best of luck Sean .

He’s definitely smart enough. Let’s see if he has the speaking skills. It’s one thing to know the game, but to express thoughts on the fly is difficult.

I hope Jerry calls him and tries to get him on our coaching staff. That man would coach the hell out of our LBers or anyone for that matter

I'd rather see Lee on the sideline coaching for the Cowboys than up in the booth as an announcer.

Romo makes $18M per year to announce a game. Crazy!

I selfishly would rather see him in a coaching role so I hope this analyst gig doesn't work out for him.

You know Romo vouched for Lee. He knows what a great football mind Lee has.
