Was that Troy Aikman on the video saying he was embarrassed after that game?? Sounded like him. If so, I'm confused.

Yes. Troy went on and on about how poorly both teams played and how it was such a sloppy game.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I think the game plan going into the Pats game was pretty good as well, but we failed to counter adjust after the Pats changed things up after halftime.

Good point. Belichick did what great ones do and did make the adjustments he needed to.

Terrell McClain was awesome in this game too.

Yep he was real good.

He is a player that I am really looking forward to watching this year and glad he is still with us. If he can stay healthy, which I admit is a big "if", he'll make a difference for us. He is strong and really powerful off the snap.

That's is a bit of the norm with Troy when working a Dallas game.
Yes, the game was very sloppy. But he always goes overboard in making sure he isn't a biased announcer. In the end, he often comes across as the opposite.

The road team in a divisional game could care less how ugly a game is as long as they WIN the game.
Divisional road wins are not considered easy whatsoever in this league.
A win is a win , as they say.

The bottom line is that Dallas started 2016 with 2 divisional wins. Even though they still had some kinks, they were probably off to a very strong year if Romo hadn't gone down.
When he came back out f desperation later in the year, it was completely clear that he was not himself, was not fully healed, and was in full on protection mode.

Looking forward to 2016!

He brings something to the one tech position that we do not have. So, fans get all huffy about his repeated injury concerns, but the team sees a possible difference maker which is why he has stuck around. Same thing with Lance Dunbar

His loss last year was underrated in my opinion.

We need a player that is stout against the run and one that can not only be able to collaspe the pocket up the middle but at the very least hold his ground. The position regressed alot when he went out.

It was very noticeable. Also, it fooled fans into thinking we were going to be ok with Nick Hayden because he looked a lot better in very limited snaps. He was severely exposed once again when his playing time increased.

Yep. I have really given Hayden a hard time on here and for good reason but he is gone now and I hope he can continue his career somewhere. He is a good guy all around.

With the addition of Thornton and a healthy McClain I think the overall play of our defensive line is going to drastically improve. Add hopefully a healed up Malik Collins and Tyrone and I like what the future could hold up front, particularly the interior of the DLine. That Eagle game really showed how much of a free run our linebackers had to drive on the ball and make plays. Most of the ball game they rarely even had to shed blocks. The front four really got push and caused problems. The whole defense responded. I believe we created three turnovers that day as well.

Just need to stay healthy.....knock on wood.
