Wow really? I didn't expect that much before the injuries. I think 9-7 is tops if the teams plays crazy good now and when people are back.

I am thinking more like 7-9 Have to think Weeden maybe wins 1-2 games at best. We may be out of the running for anything in 4 weeks. We are going to dig a very big deep hole IMO. Weeden is not a very good player we really don't have a RB and without Dez it's going to get ugly. Defense can only carry us so far, and I don't think Weeden is capable of carrying a team and helping them score 20 points a game. The defense will have to play perfect every game and I don't think its possible.

Really look guys you can have any opinion you choose. Yes I think Linehan will put Weeden in good situation and I think the guy has talent. I think defense will also be a big part. I think Dallas can take Alt and NO. Romo is expected to be back around the Miami game and looking at the schedule outside of Pats and Seahawks I think Cowboys are very capable of winning the other games.

I think Romo is great no question in my mind. I also think this defense is capable of keeping us in these games and I do think Weeden will show that he is a much improved QB in his 2nd season in Dallas.

I started out at 14-2
Considering the injuries, I think 11-5 is obtainable.

depending on how the east shakes out and dallas has control over that a little bit because of the schedule and playing the eagles and Giants again. If everyone stays packed in close with no more than 1 or 2 games separating the teams from each other you have to like Dallas after Romo gets back. If Weeden can guide the team to a 3-4 or 2-5 and everyone else int he east plays poorly Dallas will still be in the thick of it.

He has the worst QBR rating out of any QB in the NFL, he doesnt even see wide open receivers. Once you start getting pressure on him he folds like a tent. the defense is gonna get worned down bc they will be on the field the entire game

He does not have to led us to 11 wins, only 3. If he can win 3 of the next 7, we get Romo back at 5-4. From there it is on. We hit the easier part of our schedule and should roll into the playoffs. Out of The next 7 games the Falcons, Saints, Gnats, Eagles and Tampa are all very winnable games, even with Brandon or Matt or ME playing QB with this team.

I've tried to stay pretty optimisitc with this team considering we have been ran over with a truck with injuries.

If Weeden can win 3 out of the 7 games he is going to start then I think we can go 10-6 and possibly win the division.

Unfortunately, I think that is our ceiling now. It really sucks because if this team were relatively healthy for the whole year then they really could compete for the number 1 seed and a bye in the playoffs but it is what it is.
