There should be a virtual viewer you can see on the cowboys webpage, but im not sure if it includes a to-scale bar

That's a good question.

I also wonder about those seats I see at field level in the background on TV. How do those people possible see the game with all the sideline traffic?

Are row 1 views obstructed in the upper levels due to the bar?
They have a virtual viewer; although, I think it only goes down to a perspective from row 2.

I've been in row 2 before and the rail was not a problem from there.

The front rows of the next level are definitely better than the back rows of the previous level.

In other words, the front rows of level 2 are better than the back rows of level 1, etc..

The problem with the back rows is that they are under the overhang from the level above. Avoid being in those seats that are under the overhang of the next section.

Sat there on Monday night. The rail is no obstacle to sight lines. It is also no obstacle to falling 150 feet to your death if you are not careful. It is literally at about knee level, and it is a pretty harrowing experience carrying food and beverages to the middle of the row knowing that the slightest misstep will ruin both your (and several people on the lower level's) game day experience if someone you are squeezing past sneezes. In other words, alcohol and those seats do not play well together.
