SG-1 | The Ark of Truth

After seeing the commercial for the umpteenth time, I decide to make a run to WallyWorld and picked up a copy. IMO, I've seen SG-1 two or three part cliffhangers in past seasons which were as good or better, but it was a fitting conclusion for the 10-year sci-fi franchise. Ben Browder stated in his DVD commentary that there were a lot of loose ends. Then again, he pretty much said the same thing about the conclusion of Farscape.

I hated that Richard Dean Anderson decided against appearing in the finale, but que sera sera. The extra content made the $20 worthwhile and seeing Amanda Tapping in various stages of pre and post pregnancy was kinda funny too. Hallowed be the Ori.

I liked the movie as well. There is another coming out soon I believe. I wish they would start making the series again. But I do enjoy watching Stargate Atlantis.

Yeah it was a good movie. Richard Dean Anderson will be coming out in Stargate: Continuum.
