Yeah, you literally have to be walking or driving around with it lit to get a citation for it. I actually kind of feel for these kids because they're probably freaking out about the draft and just relaxing a bit, but, man, you gotta be stupid to get popped for this. 6AM. On a highway. In possession. And unable to stay in your lane of traffic. I mean, seriously?

Ray had one job. Not to go out in public with his weed until Thursday. He had passed all the drug screens. He had it all under control except for a turf toe thing.

What he did was far more brainless in my book.
