I get that too...but Timing > Creativity anyday. The Cowboys nation doesn't NEED a creative masterpiece right now IMO. We need something that will help us cope and move forward. Yes people may have laughed...or hated it, but I'm sure people came away thinking. And I'm into that more than anything else...especially at this point. If I was doing a TV show where creativity was number 1...I'd be with you 100% but right now, I could care less about being creative...It'll surely come back when the gloryhole days come back though...lol

Whatever you do never make a video to please people or critics. Remember, being true to yourself is always the best way to go. I personally really enjoy your videos, even if sometimes I don't agree with what you say.

Oh i'm not knocking anyone for complaining. Its just that loss to the Bears is still on my mind and the last thing i'm trying to see is someone mocking Cowboy fans for having faith in this organization to get us back to the post season. And once again, that's not a knock to Shango or anyone. I'm a subscriber to his channel and love his videos. But I do believe its a bit early to say we're going to see the same team we see every other season. Last year's team would've lost to the Giants in that 1st week. I guess that's where my silly optimism comes from.

And i'm the first to admit i'm a "homer". If I were a realist I wouldn't even probably be a fan because in reality we're the Dallas Cowboys who haven't had much success since the mid 90's and the only person still here from then is Jerry Jones and he's going nowhere. But in the homer that I am....I always feel we have a chance.

I'm just speaking from my perspective of the video and for me it just sucked seeing it right after i've just witnessed the 2nd assault in 3 weeks against the team I cheer for. Hell yes I do. he knows that. When he was "retiring" I PMed him to let him know I for one felt a sense of loss. I enjoy what the man shares. I always have. I always will. And I believe he knows that.

Yea I just wanted to say that because if you read some of these posts like "....don't pay these guys any mind keep making your videos..." as if someone is disliking them or not appreciating them. They're all appreciated. There's not one person here who isn't a fan of Shango or the work he puts in. I know its tough to filter out some posts in this thread when you have a 5+ page thread and you don't have time to read all posts but I thought i'd just add that.

Guys on the sidelines need to quit trying make something out of nothing. We're all on the same team.

Actually, nobody is bashing Shango himself.. just his video. I mean you didn't like the timing of his video and I believe Hostile didn't think it was creative enough, but nobody is bashing him directly?

As big of a fan as Shango is and as much as he knows about football and the Cowboys, he can say whatever the heck he wants and we he wants to IMO.
