One of the problems has been drafting guys who fit a guys scheme only for that guy to be gone soon. On defense I think 3/4 or 4/3 isn’t really an issue. It’s a guys vision of how you plsy defense, get the players who fit that and make that your main stay for a long period. Steelers, ravens do that. Steelers for all their faults usually have a good defense. I like the hire and there’s a good chance he can be kept awhile. Draft according to what he’s wants to do
