The team needs to win DESPITE him being there....they must be tired of it...it will be interesting to see when they give up to see if THAT makes a difference in his employment

Maybe Witten's offensive meeting is telling the team to lay down? perhaps he knows he will never sniff a SB so why not try to get this DB Garrett out of here as his last thing that he does "for the team"
