David Shaw. Brian Shaw was a former NBA player, and now coaches in the league. But I agree that David Shaw could be a good NFL head coach. Jim Harbaugh would be another good choice.

Gruden is done and he's awful at player evaluation - his drafts with the Bucs were awful. Payton is another one who has been drafting poorly. Harbaugh is a whiner and would flee the moment things get tough.

2 of them are way, way past their primes and the other I doubt will ever return to the NFL.

Actually, a great idea. But a coach who yelled at Vince Young et. al, he might yell at Cowboys players and upset their 2-2 ashes.
