Agree or disagree.

Would you agree with a benching of Romo if He starts a stretch of poor play?

I think he needs a solid benching to put him in line. Enough is enough. Throw Kitna in there and the next game put Romo back in and let him have some time to think about what he wants to Do. Maybe that's what he needs.

Have you seen how GREAT the Eagles looked when McNabb has been benched or hurt? They lost by 26 yesterday.

The other bench Romo thread was silly, but I don't think we needed 2 of them.

Why do I bother opening stupid threads???

The same guy that went for 350 last week and 3 td's??? Are you nuts?

Put in Kitna who got benched on a 0-16 team...that will work!!!

Gawd, where do you people come from? The object is to win football games and right now Romo gives us the best option and it ain't even close.

If Romo had 3 or 4 bad games in a row yes but I doubt that will be the case.

Silly may be too kind of a word.

No but if you'd ask me after that last INT I wouldn't have been able to give you any response.

The answer is not to bench Romo. Jon Kitna is a joke. The answer in the next draft to two is to draft a young QB for the future. The answer is to draft a bona fide potential franchise QB and groom him, or let him push Romo in training camp. It will make Romo better and it will give us a future beyond Romo's playing days.

Benched for what? He made up for the turnovers by getting the team ahead late in the 4th quarter. We were STILL IN THE GAME. Wasn't like Romos turnovers had us blown out.

No because as hard as i am on Romo he is the best option we have have on this team. Unless your real plan is to tank the season so we can draft Bradford or McCoy in the draft. and no not in favor of that either that would be a complete joke! Go with the best you have and hope that somehow by miracle that he and the rest of the team are finally able to put everything together...

Oh, you mean that drive where Romo threw one complete pass for 13 yards and we ran for the other 58? Yeah, great job getting us ahead there Tony.

Tony's turnovers accounted for what, 21 points? One of which was a pick 6?

Bottom Line: if Tony doesn't committ those turnovers, we win. He did. We didn't.

I don't think he should be benched, though.

1 completion MOVED THE BALL didn't it? When exactly did the Center hike the ball to a RB?
Tonys turnovers didn't lose the game. It kept the Giants IN the game. Learn the difference.

I don't remember. It was either from a shot someone posted HERE or it was a shot from one of the games ( preseason one perhaps ) that I swiped from NFL.com. I also use it as my desktop wallpaper.
