Should the Cowboys look at Kynan Forney?

G Kynan Forney was cut by the Falcons. He was a 29, 302 pounds, and was a seven year starter. He's is better than any backup guard that we have on the roster.

Why? When we just traded a draft pick for Holland.

It makes no sense.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I agree.

The Holland trade makes that pointless.

I would prefer someone who could also play center.

dont know anything about him, but jamie dukes on nfl network was saying he would help us at offensive guard,

dukes said best i remember not the most athletic, but in your face kinda OG

here is his size etc
65 FORNEY Kynan . 6- 2.4 318 5.14 436.84

i dont know anything else about him though

seeing that we have now 11 offensive linemen on the team, i dont see it,

and if for some reason jerry jones goes after willie anderson, im sure jerry wouldnt go get this og

and also depends if we trade one of the other offensive linemen we have

we can definitely do something with the bottom fillers of our offensive line. marten can be waived, koiser can be placed on ir, and that would give 2 free spaces. after that we can probably sign forney, waive either proctor or berger, and still be just 9 deep at the o-line, which is all that we need anyway.

with the 2 additional free spaces, we can sign the likes of chris simms and carlos polk. keith davis can come aboard when we either trade a cb or waive alan ball and hope he clears waiver. as for the wide receiver help, i just got the feeling that one of our 3 injured receiver will be put on ir to create another roster space for the new guy.

Isn't he a little small for our O-Line ???

Forney is not bad, but I'm thinking 6'4 350 OG Toniu Fonoti.

Was a monster his rook year w/Houck. Fonoti is a run blocking beast, think he still has the all-time pancake record at Nebraska.
