Should Williams be demoted?

I'm ready to see Butler get an extended role.

On this team, once you are in the starting lineup.....it takes a an act of god to get removed/replaced or demoted. Dallas sticks with players too long who show that they suck and/or lost it. Free, Wilcox, Lucky, Williams, half the DL, etc should have been replaced long ago. Yes, I did mention Whitehead but he is at the bottom of the list.

Players are not held accountable for the most part and it will be status quo next week and then the next......Keep wishing for Butler to take over #2 but it will never happen unless TWill gets injured; otherwise, he will be our #2 for the next 15 games. That is just the way it is

You don't bench someone for a boneheaded mistake. That's silly. You bench someone for poor play and if you consider his play poor than so be it.

Since when have Wilcox and Lucky been starters? Free and Williams are starters by default because they people behind them are worse.

ok, more specifically, a player who is on the field more often than not. That better?

Wilcox was a starter but still plays a lot and I consider Lucky a starter because he is our returner and offers nothing on offense.

Free and Williams are starting by default but there is no one pushing them to takeover and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Even if Butler or Green should be given a chance, they won't be, perhaps in 2017 they get their shot.

How many guys do you want to demote... TWilly for not running out of bounds... Holding call on Collins, Free and his turnstile antics, false start
on Zack Martin, Other WR's dropping balls left and right, OL not blocking for Zeke? We didn't lose because of TWilly. We lost because
we got to the Red Zone 3 times and only got field goals. You have to score touchdowns to win in the NFL. We held the ball for over
30 plays and most of the first half and only got 9 points... Can't win on that.

On top of that he had little chance of getting out of bounds. The defender was moving to cut him off. The only real shot he had was to give himself up when he caught the ball which could have save a couple seconds

We need him to stretch the field, unfortunately. We don't have enough speed on the field without him.
