Going to start to fade at some point if the ship is not righted. Us older guys are getting older and the young guys don't understand what the fuss is about.

Jerry, give back to the community, drop prices for the year amidst what is going on. At least on your over priced merchandise.
It will come back 2 fold over the next 5 years. Especially if we win a SB soon.

If you think that it's amazing that the Cowboys have that valuation considering the lack of on-field success over the last 25 years, look at the Knicks. Haven't won a championship since 1973, and have been largely awful since. They are owned by perhaps the single worst owner in professional sports, and yet, they have the third most valuable franchise in the world. Positively mind-boggling.

Still a solid investment when Jerry had to borrow money back in the day to buy them. Amazing.

Without comparable success, being the most valuable franchise is an insult to Cowboy fans.

It simply measures the degree to which Jerry Jones was able to deceive us into giving him our hard earned money in return for 25 seasons of disappointment. It is a testament to our level of naivety and gullibility.

    It is embarrassing.

This is especially true when we celebrated Jerry Jones's induction into the Hall of Fame for his "contribution" of accelerating the wealth of his fellow owners.

It always makes me happy to know how rich Jerry has gotten off of us.

Almost like it helps me right now....not.

    Thanks Jerry.

But location is important too. NYC/Northern NJ. I imagine population density plays a large part in their case.

I agree that the NFL is a bunch of money grubbers but I, and anyone else who doesn't like the way they do business, am free to stop watching any time.

Jerry is a big baller...a whale. Props to him. May not like him but the vatto is a money making machine.

Not the same thing but this made me think of Tom Hicks waiving the “we made a profit” banner after the Rangers, per usual had a bad season

There is no substitute for greatness.

The Cowboys are the highest profile team in sports. It’s been that way for the last half century.

The Dallas Cowboys are easily worth their most sacred weight in gold or plutonium!

I'm proud to boast I display that same helmet atop one of my big stereo speakers in my living room!

I purchased it from one of my former fellow employees for $10, about 30 years ago!
It has been a highly treasured possession of mine ever since!

    You like that word 'vatto'.

    Fits everything.

I’m an older guy too, and you may be right, but I have my doubts.

It’s been @25yrs since the Cowboys have been any better than “competitive”, with more than a few 8-8’s or worse over that span. But the revenue numbers continue to grow.

Keep in mind that the DC are a nationwide (even worldwide) brand and probably attract more attention than any sports team in North America, with the possible exception of the NY Yankees and maybe the LA Lakers.

Cowboys games, both home or away, are always a hot ticket — whether they’re winning or losing. And lots of people across the country buy DC merchandise.

As long as the Boys stay competitive, I don’t see a drop in revenue happening in the foreseeable future.
