Where do you want to start...discipline, scheme, execution...or just another coach on this staff that allows mediocrity to prevail. The only "successes" this guy had were a pro bowl punter (who struggled the two years under his guideance) and a rookie kicker (who he hasn't screwed up yet).

As a former coach I do not call for heads lightly, but this is a no brainer. Send a message, easy scapegoat, and grab Joey A while he is still in town.
