After being banned for a year and a half he applied for a 2nd chance. He offered a sincere apology and a recognition of what caused past mistakes. We've given others a 2nd chance as well.
What it boils down to is this, he served the longest suspension in our History here. In fact it is longer than all other suspensions combined. We hope that satisfies some people to give him a second chance as well.
We're hopeful that the posters will recognize this and not re-open old wounds. Though some have tried, he has resisted. We've instructed Nors to use the Ignore feature if he must. We advise others to do the same if they simply can't stand him. We've asked him to report posts that insult him rather than respond to them. If we have to deal with posters insulting him, we will.
Thus far he has focused only on sharing his draft notes and talked Dallas Cowboys football. As long as that remains the set of his sail I doubt there will be any issues.

One last thing, "book it" isn't a Nors invention. That was Wigsplitta on the old site. Nors just adopted it like others did as well.
