We really should all start referring to that team as the "Cowboy Castoffs". It would really piss skins fans off to no end. I can't even think of an ex-Commander that Dallas has signed but they seem to sign someone from Dallas every year.

Callahan leaving is a big loss. He's a terrific coach. Hope Pollack is up to the chore.

Why the heck would he want to go to Washington? Does he have a history with Gruden or another coach there?

It sounds like strictly a spite move to me.

One likely to blow up in his face when Gruden is shipped out in a year or two.

Then he can scramble around looking for another job while the Cowboys hoist a Super Bowl trophy.

Oh well, they must have thrown mega bucks at himt to sign him so fast.

Take solice: he has not lasted long wherever he has coached. I don't know why. Maybe a short attention span...,maybe he wears thin, maybe his bosses grow to dislike him.

Either way, when Gruden gets fired, so will he.

Ayy he got more money, works with a guy he's familiar with and the Deadskins offensive line is in better shape than ours was before he got here. Get your money Callahan.

Doubt that with a 3 year deal. As we have seen the Commanders won't fire the staff just because the HC is gone.

I am not surprised if Scot McCloughan is already trying to set up his post Gruden staff in 2016. Fangio/Donnatell on the D side, Callahan one of the future O coaches

Adding wood to the Jay Gruden hot seat. The Skins have their future interim Head Coach in Bill Callahan.

Forester has been a disaster as o-line coach

Callahan has had an excellent track record at the o-line coach spot and it is an area of obvious talent/coaching need.

Looking forward to what he does over the next 3 years
