The skills are gone. I saw him a lot as I'm in Commanders country. He now appears weak and slow. Not good.

And was then terrible again when the Commanders were forced to play him due to injury.

He either quit on Washington, or he's lost it as a player. Neither answer is good.

BOTH, imo.
he just can't stay and hang with certain WRs anymore (ala Devin Smith's deep TD bomb on him)
and the persistent Skins losing seems to have affected his play too. he's not a tight coverage, turnover machine anymore- and that's way too costly for a declining player
and even somewhat of a weak link too nowadays.
Hasn't been near same brash, cocky player that could get into WRs head and take them out of their game.
