Take your time, but if you ever get a chance, I'd love to see them.

The picture of Emmitt with Dorsett next to him (#83) is awesome! What great RBs we have had over the years!

The one of Jerry Jones talking (#85) and the way Bob Lilly is glaring at him from behind, Bob looks like he has a disgusted look on his face. It had to hurt those former great players to see how badly the current team represented that night.

Great pics, thanks for posting the link.

Great slide show.

Just makes me feel really bad that the Cowboys didn't send Texas Stadium off in the right fashion.

Too bad Don Meredith didn't show up.

Some of those older players look great (Lilly, Manster, Dorsett, etc.) but others looked REALLY old. Jethro Pugh in particular looked ancient. It was sad to see guys who I remember as being so young and full of life when they played looking so old now.

Some of them also made me feel better about my beer belly. :D

I have to say that one of my favorite players from the early 60s teams, Don Perkins has always had a wonderful smile on his face every time I have ever seen him. It kills me that he has never really received any serious consideration for the HoF even though he was the 5th all-time leading rusher when he retired. He went to 6 Pro Bowls in 8 years. I wish he would have played a few more seasons so he would have had a better chance to get in. Still, he has always had a great outlook on life and I love his smile.

Startling to see Bob Breunig with silver hair. And I'm assuming that Charlie Waters is no stranger to "Just For Men." :)

Yeah, Dandy Don has been a recluse for many years now and hasn't had, or wanted to have, anything to do with the Cowboys since Jerry bought the team.

Same for Danny White. He's not a recluse but he won't have anything to do with the team since Jones bought it.

One of my all-time favorite pictures is of Landry with his QBs: LeBaron, Meredith, Morton, Staubach, White & Aikman (who never played under Landry). Sadly, only Staubach was the only one there the other night (Aikman was working).

Yeah, Waters looks young but he's got to be 58 or so. I'm 50 and don't have much gray and I don't use anything so maybe...

I think Allen should be next for the RoH.

According to Jones, he has been waiting until they open the new stadium before adding any more players. But yes, Larry Allen should be among the first to be added.

I'm just speculating here, but I am guessing there was monetary reasons for Emmitt and Irvin not wearing their uni's. Perhaps they were afraid someone would try to sell pics of them in their unis at the celebration?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I just have a feeling it's something on that order.

That would be disheartening. These guys have more money than they know what to do with.

Thumper, I thought it had more to do with how the fans treated him while he was playing Quarterback?
