SNF: Bears v Packers

Your Super Bowl MVP is a jag that got hot a la Flacco. And isn’t even that good.

19/34, 58%, 117 yds, 1int, 50.7 rate. Win.

But with Wentz kneecapped and you getting the win, I suppose I should expect some snark reply trying to put me in my place?

I think winning is the only important part of what you said. Do you think the Cowboys feel the same?

I know right?

Concede nothing. This wasn't good today, not at all. Not even close. But there are 15 more games to go.

And the Eagles looked very similar to Dallas the other night. The difference was a Philly Philly play (admittedly, that our coach doesn't have the cajones to call or imagination to draw up to begin with) that gave them a W against an NFC South Favorite where we got an L for our own horrible effort today.

Earl Thomas is great, but I'd rather trade a second rounder for a receiving threat.

Not that I expect anything to happen.
While I understand your thinking I rather just draft a receiver then. What receiver are you getting with that 2nd rounder?

I was going to say even with Julio our coaches would struggle to call plays to get him open but if we had let's say Hill perhaps teams wouldn't be so quick to stack the line. Maybe even with a Julio they back off. Hell I don't know anymore with Garrett as coach haha

Looks like Chicago is next in line of many to hire a new coach and lap up Garrett.

Yes.

But I’m not gonna let you Eagles fans run roughshod in our home and not remind you of your own ****.

You made the 2015 NFL MVP look like a slightly lesser 2015 NFL MVP. We made the 2016 NFL MVP look like a third grade math teacher. We would have won without the Philly Philly, Atlanta didn't have it in them. Carolina would have won with any play you take from them. These were not equal games.

Teams across the NFL have been adding fast, shifty RBs who can catch it out of the back field but us.

We trade for Austin, then draft Bo, when guys like Phillip Lindsay etc were out there to be had. It is so mind boggling to me.

Oh, how cute. Thank you Eagles fan for reminding us.

Now go eat a dick.

I was talking to myself right now and wondering if Rodger’s knee/leg is reminiscent of Wentz’s, or vice versa?

Guess we’ll wait for the injury report?
Thankfully not, he’s back!

Thats not hard. They could hire me and my wishbone offense and id do better

It's not just about getting any old guy. Chicago got the perfect coach for Trubisky and the weapons they bought for him. What kind of coach would best suit Dallas? Defensive type?

Yeah, not really proposing a trade. Just saying I think the need is more on offense now, which feels strange given recent years. Defense kept us in today's game despite spending too long on the field. But this passing game...ugh. I'm not confident it's going to improve much with the current personnel.

Yeah see I don't see it that way.

You were at home, we were on the road.
You were favored to win and did.
We were a road underdog and lost.

Credit the Eagles with escaping with the W- which is the most important stat of all. I do think the Eagles are still the team to beat in the NFC East, I also think it's not out of the realm of possibility we win next week at home vs NYG.

Thus ends my communication with your trolling presence here- on a Cowboys thread- for this evening.

Philly was the underdog, look it up.

Dallas notoriously is better on the road then at home.

Facts are always good

Apparently the Packers performed a resurrection at halftime. Rodgers isn't even wearing a knee brace, although he's probably got a support sleeve on it.

Tampa Bay scored 48 on the road....last year, their offense sucked bad!
