I am so happy that Dak played so well, even though we lost, we don't have to worry about the Dak vs Romo conversation. We can focus on the future without that distraction. Thanks to Tony, appreciate what he did for the Cowboys, unfortunately, that the nature of the game. Good luck to him, hope he retires a Cowboy, but more importantly good luck to the Cowboys. Dang, this sucks.

Tony Romo schooled up Dak, through the season. Tony was quite a Cowboy and in heart. He supported Dak Prescott in over coming all 'rook' tendencies and how to bring a team back. Dak picked up the strong Romo trait, never being out of a game while he's on the field. That being left behind is the makings of a real and modern dynasty.

In elimination games, he is correct. Great example is that debacle of a game against the Skins in 2012.

And you continue to be wrong about that and I proved it to you and you can't let it go.

I have never seen a fan who has judged a player's career like you have Romo's with one game. You constantly bring it up despite the fact you were proved wrong about his season-ending games multiple times - so here it is again.

Romo's Qb rating in game 17's (those elimination games) is over 100 for his career. That game was a 58 and yes, he sucked, but you cling to it then wrongly use it in arguments to define his career. It has to be the worst myopic football view ever. One game and you have never let it go.

Never mind Roethlisberger's 28 QB rating that won him a Super Bowl or both of Brady's 3 INT Championship games that he won with under a 60 rating both times. Funny how that works with a team effort isn't it - but you ignore it.

Just like Dak was a victim of our defense yesterday - so it has been with Romo and it will continue to be until we fix it.

So go to tell you friends all about those elimination games with Romo even though they won't be smart enough to tell you are wrong - but it's not gonna work in here.

I'm not reading any response because it's just a waste of time at this point. You can not like Romo but because of one game it's just ridicules.

As my father used to tell me - you listen but you don't hear.

This team cannot waste Dak's career the way it wasted Romo's and possibly Witten's. We need a couple more pieces on O but have got to quit ignoring the D. Otherwise, it's going to be the SOS, different years. At the very least, get a good D assistant coach in here and build build build the D.....

You continue to use QB ratings that ignore the fumbles Romo had in those games. 2008 against the Eagles, he had 3 turnovers and the offesne scored 6 points. 2011, 2 turnovers and the offense scored 14 points. 2012, biggest choke job I've ever seen. QB rating isnt the be all and end all. Those were bad games.

If Dak had a 3 turnover game, and the defense played well enough to gi ve Dak another chance and he throws a game ending INT, I would be criticizing him even though Dak is only a rookie and Romo is a 14 year veteran. But that wasnt the case.

Dak played his butt off in a win or go home game. At 28-13, I began to believe that Dak was going to win this game. He almost did the improbable as a rookie. I never felt that way with #9 out there no matter how much I liked him.
