What is odd is that Tony Romo stated last week that he thought he could go, then doesn't play and the next thing you hear is that it will be about 3 weeks.
Jerry Jones and the Cowboys totally mismanaged the situation. Tony Romo should have kept his mouth shut and Wade Phillips and Jerry Jones should have been the ones feeding the media information.
Suffice it to say, I gurantee you if the season tanks, Tony Romo will be blamed because he didn't play, whether it is fair or not.
Also, does the OP suggest that we should have traded for Brett Favre for backup duties or as a fulltime starter? There is no way in hell Brett Favre comes to Dallas and rides the pine.
